Recent highlights from my career in content strategy and SaaS management. This also includes technical consulting that leverages SharePoint knowledge management tools to improve operations and help users effectively engage with technology.


Content Strategy

This case emphasizes the critical role of content strategy in projects like the CHA.org website redesign.

Goal: Align content organization with the new information architecture for improved site structure and user flow.

The challenge: Organize and restructure large, unorganized content into a new information architecture, ensuring all essential content can be discovered through landing pages for deeper exploration.

My role: As the product owner, the focus was on coordinating with the development team to prioritize features and functionality. In the role of content strategist, comprehensive content audits were conducted to align with the new information architecture. Additionally, develop style rules for components and overall site.


SharePoint & Knowledge Bases

In this work sample, I demonstrated the use of SharePoint Cloud to create team sites and collaboration tools.

Goal: Create a comprehensive SharePoint and knowledge base system to meet organizational needs, providing a central team site for sharing resources and information.

The challenge: The organization lacked a centralized strategy for sharing critical resources, resulting in scattered information and inefficient collaboration. The need was for a structured platform that could serve as a team site to streamline communication and resource sharing.

My role: I designed and implemented a SharePoint and knowledge base system from the ground up, creating a centralized hub tailored to the organization’s needs. This involved creating a custom ticketing system using Power Automate to streamline requests.


Drupal Training & Technical Guides

Ensuring the client has the resources and ability to manage website content effectively after launch is essential for project success.

Goal: Provide non-technical users with accessible, easy-to-reference resources for creating and editing content in Drupal using various components and content types.

The challenge: The client required easy-to-follow, technical training materials for users unfamiliar with Drupal, helping them understand how to manage and modify content without requiring deep technical expertise.

My role: I created a series of video demos that showcased step-by-step instructions on creating and editing content in Drupal. These guides focused on simplifying complex tasks, using clear language and visuals to make the platform accessible for non-technical users.
